What next for Kenyans?

This is directed specifically to Kibaki and his clique and Kenyans in general:

*Kibaki is nothing but a power grabbing dictator*

-Kenyans should not negotiate with dictators.

-Dark Old Days: We cannot go back to the old days. Kenyans should settle the constitutional issue once and for all - specifically, the issue of political power. There is no waiting.

-Media Blackout: Kenyans have the right to free press and freedom of information. We are not in a “Stalinist-Maoist-Burmese-Ceausescu-Castro-Mugabe” State. Kibaki must lift the current media blackout with immediate effect.

-Majority Rule: The will of the majority must be respected. Note: The majority of Kenya’s six provinces. Not just two.

-Electoral Commissioners/officers: The electoral commisioners and officials that are guilty of changing the vote tally should be held criminally responsible for aiding and abetting a commission of a crime by Kibaki and his clique. Their action is an act of treason.

-Foreign Governments: No Foreign government should in any way give legitimacy to usurper Kibaki by recognizing his “criminal/treasonous act” and dictatorship. We don’t need another Mugabe.

-Security Forces: Members of the police force and of the armed forces who are aiding and abetting Kibaki’s illegal acts and killing innocent Kenyans should individually be held criminally responsible for any human rights abuses they commit. Remember we have the International Court of Criminal Justice. They will not say they were “following orders”.

-Death and property destruction: Kibaki, his cronies and the police chief should be held responsible for the loss of life and property since the illegal seizure of power.

Kibaki’s responsibility: If Kibaki knew that votes were being tampered with and proceeded to take the oath of office, it means he must have actively directed the illegal act or condoned the commission of it. It therefore follows that he should be held responsible and be charged with treason. However, if he was not aware of it, he knows it now and the only honourable thing for him to do is to resign and pave way for the legitimate government to take over.

-Peace Loving Kenyans:  Most important. Ordinary Kenyans should maintain peaceful co-existence with their fellow Kenyans/neighbours but at the same time resist any attempt to be governed by a dictator. It is the right of every Kenyan to resist illegitimate power.

He solely appointed E.C.K. officials favourable to him. 2. Appointed High & Court of Appeal judges 3 days before the elections. While at it. The “president” took the oath of office within an hour of announcement of results. Witnesses, Chief Justice, Military commanders, etc were already assembled at State House long before the announcement. How did they know that Kibaki was going to be pronounced the winner?
